        <p>为破解校园传染病日常筛查漏判、滞后及聚集性传播风险等问题，本文聚焦校园筛查工作的现实困境，从制度体系、人力配置、技术支撑、家校协同四个维度，系统剖析筛查疏漏的深层生成机理。结合校园防控场景特征，梳理标准化规范建设、数字化智能监测、家校联动协同等多元干预改进路径，探析轻量化智能筛查、数据驱动防控、决策快速转化的前沿发展趋势。研究认为，数智化赋能与规范化管理相结合可有效补齐传统筛查短板，完善校园传染病全流程防控体系，显著提升校园传染病早期筛查预警能力与风险防控实效。</p>
