        <p>复杂尿道狭窄的治疗历来是泌尿外科领域的难题。传统治疗方法存在创伤大、恢复慢、并发症发生率高等问题[1]，亟需寻找更为安全和有效的治疗方案。近年来，机器人辅助手术（Robotic–assisted surgery，RAS）因其微创性、精准性等优势，成为尿道狭窄修复的有效治疗方式。本文综述了RAS在复杂尿道狭窄治疗中的应用及疗效分析，探讨了手术优势、局限性以及未来发展趋势，意在为泌尿外科医师面临尿道重建挑战时提供参考和指导。</p>
