        <p>新时代法治思想是我国在长期发展和实践过程中凝聚的重要理论成果，与民办高校思政课之间存在价值、目标、内容等共通之处，可以共同助力民办高校学生培育法治思维。当前民办高校学生由于心理发展不全面信息大爆炸带来的负面影响以及法治教育的方式不完善等原因致使其法治思维薄弱，因此，应该着力建立健全法治教育课程、强化学生主体思维，深化教师对法治思想认知、创新教学模式，促进家校社联合、运用多种途径宣传法治思想。</p>
