      <abstract>
        <p>The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce has profoundly reconstructed the demand for international business talents, requiring talents to have compound capabilities such as technology application, full-link operation and cross-cultural integration. This paper selects 30 domestic colleges and universities offering international business and cross-border e-commerce related majors as samples, and the results show that the current talent training model faces problems such as mismatch between industry needs and professional settings, curriculum system lagging behind technological innovation, and disconnection between teaching mode and practical needs. To this end, an innovative mechanism is proposed, dynamically adjusting professional settings in combination with industry needs, establishing a dynamic curriculum update mechanism, optimizing the practical teaching system, and introducing real platform data and industry certification. This study provides a path for cultivating high-level compound talents to adapt to the development of cross-border e-commerce, which is of great significance for promoting the precise connection between higher education and industrial demand.</p>
