        <p>中医药文化作为中华优秀传统文化的瑰宝，蕴含着丰富的哲学智慧与育人元素，是中小学推进德智体美劳“五育”并举的优质资源。然而，当前中医药文化进校园面临师资素养薄弱、课程体系零散、实践平台缺位、评价体系单一等现实困境。本文立足中小学育人实际，参考本地学校实践经验，从联合高校力量、打通校内外资源、健全过程性评价等三个维度提出中医药文化中小学校园实践路径，为同步提升中小学学生的核心素养与文化自信提供实践参照。</p>
