        <p>为进一步加强课程思政育人效果，改善大学生日益凸显的心理健康问题，本研究以《英语泛读教程 1》的 Unit 5 为例，探讨挖掘心理育人与英语阅读课程相结合的方式与路径。实践数据表明，该模式能显著提升学生的阅读理解能力、心理素质及行为习惯，为高校课程思政与心理育人融合提供思路与借鉴。</p>
