        <p>核心素养培育是新时代思政课教学的核心目标，初高中思政课作为立德树人关键课程，需打破传统教学局限，构建素养导向的
教学体系。本文立足初高中思政课学段衔接特点，明确思政学科核心素养内涵与教学要求，从教学理念、教学设计、教学方法、评价体系
等维度提出针对性优化策略，贴合学生认知规律与成长需求，推动思政课堂从知识传授向价值引领、能力培育转型，提升思政课育人实效，
落实立德树人根本任务，为初高中思政课一体化教学提供实践思路。</p>
