        <p>专业实训为锻造工匠精神的关键依托，相关培育体系的完备水平直接影响工匠精神养成效果，立足职业院校实训教学现状，紧扣实训流程与工匠精神培育的紧密结合，厘清培育关键方向，研判现阶段实训流程内工匠精神培育暴露出的不足，找寻契合职业教育办学特点、顺应专业实训发展逻辑的培育方式。搭建立体化、多维度、长效化的培育体系，推动职业院校学生在实训实操中打磨审慎作风、高超技艺与使命意识，达成技艺精进与工匠精神培育的同步推进。</p>
