Abstract:Self-esteem constitutes an evaluative and affective experience of one’s own worth. Adolescence represents a pivotal stage in the development of self-awareness, during which self-esteem undergoes profound transformation. However, given the transitional nature of this period, adolescents’ psychological states tend to be volatile, rendering their self-esteem particularly susceptible to various factors—from family interactions to school environments.Consequently, investigating the factors shaping adolescent self-esteem carries significant theoretical and practical importance.
