      <abstract>
        <p>With the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, their application in the field of language education has b
ecome increasingly extensive and profound. In the context of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language (TCFL), phonetic instruction plays a cr
ucial role in developing learners’ listening and speaking abilities. However, traditional instructional models face limitations such as heavy teach
er workload, delayed feedback, and the difficulty of achieving true personalization. Leveraging advantages in Automatic Speech Recognition (AS
R), Text-to-Speech synthesis (TTS), intelligent pronunciation correction, and big data analytics, AI technologies are providing new possibilities f
or Chinese phonetic instruction. Based on a systematic review of relevant research, this paper analyzes the current applications of AI in phone
tic teaching, discusses its advantages and limitations, and proposes pedagogical implications.</p>
