        <p>本研究基于成果导向教育（OBE）理念与能力素质模型，探讨高职英语第二课堂“协同育人”的新路径。针对当前第二课堂育人目标模糊、多方主体各自为战、评价机制缺失等痛点，本文将能力素质模型中的“显性素质（知识与技能）”与“隐性素质（职业素养、价值观、动机）”转化为第二课堂的预期学习成果。通过“一二课堂联动、育人队伍主体协同、校企资源对接、数字空间构建”四个维度提出协同实施策略，并建立基于成果达成度的持续改进闭环机制，全方位挖掘学生的隐性潜能，显著提升高职学生的英语实践核心素养，为高职外语教育教学改革提供理论支撑与实践借鉴。</p>
