      <abstract>
        <p>高职护理实训教学有着连接理论知识与临床岗位能力的关键作用。传统的实训在病例真实性、风险情境再现、重复性训练、过程评价这些方面存在一定的局限，进而对学生综合护理能力的形成造成了影响。虚拟仿真技术可以凭借数字场景、交互操作、即时反馈，给学生提供类似临床的学习体验。本文针对虚拟仿真在高职护理实训教学里的应用价值、现实问题、优化策略展开剖析，以此促进护理实训教学质量得以提高，增强学生岗位适应能力。</p>
