        <p>新时代劳动教育是落实五育并举、立德树人根本任务的关键抓手，中医药文化作为中华优秀传统文化的瑰宝，蕴含着丰富的实践内涵与育人价值，为中小学劳动教育创新发展提供了优质资源。本文立足中医药文化视域，剖析中医药文化与中小学劳动教育融合的内在契合点与育人价值，梳理当前融合实践中存在的课程碎片化、实践形式化、资源匮乏化等问题，从课程教育体系、实践阵地与项目、家校社区协同与评价机制完善等维度，探索中医药文化融入中小学劳动教育的实践路径，助力中小学劳动教育特色化、内涵化发展，实现劳动素养培育与传统文化传承的双向共赢。</p>
