        <p>继电保护系统为电力系统安全平稳运转提供核心技术依托，运维水平深刻影响故障隔断、设备防护及日常供电的稳定程度。继电保护系统日常运维暴露的巡检流程疏漏、设备状态把控缺位、突发故障处理节奏缓慢等现状，成为探究运维水准升级核心方向的核心依据。健全运维管理规章体系、落实设备实时状态研判模式、落地智能监测相关技术落地、夯实从业队伍专业素养、梳理应急管控体系架构，能够稳固继电保护装置整体运行状态，规避装置误启动与拒启动隐患，稳固电力系统整体运行根基。</p>
