        <p>新能源大规模接入重塑传统电网常规电源主导的运行模式，风电、光伏出力自带随机、间歇与波动特征，给电网功率平衡、频率稳定、电压控制及调度计划执行划定更高标准。结合新能源接入环境下电网调度运行现存现实挑战，剖析其在负荷预测、备用容量配置、系统调峰、安全控制领域产生的作用，梳理新能源功率预测升级方案，搭建灵活调节资源体系，改良调度运行现有机制，强化智能监测及协同控制举措，切实增强电网新能源消纳实力与整体安全运行水准。</p>
