        <p>由于煤化工储罐区储存的是易燃易爆介质，雷击极易引起火灾爆炸等灾难事，因此本文对该场景下特有的风险机理即直击雷引
燃、电磁感应火花放电及地电位反击危害做了十分系统、严谨的分析，建立了综合风险评估框架，把雷电参数、储罐特性、空间布局、工
艺因素诸种要素都予以充分考虑。由此也顺理成章地提出了多层次防护策略。</p>
