        <p>抽水蓄能电站机电安装施工面临多专业交叉、流程错位、质量失稳等系统
性难题，传统管理模式在信息耦合、风险防控和资源配置方面暴露出结构性短板。
本文基于典型工程实践，识别关键问题症结，剖析其成因机制，并提出以 BIM
建模、感知网络、数字孪生与数据闭环为核心的技术路径。通过案例对比，展示
数字化手段在提升协同效率、压降质量风险与优化施工节奏中的实效，旨在为复
杂工程场景下的机电安装提供可推广的数字解决框架与组织逻辑。</p>
